1. What is your warranty?

2. How to manual start engine?
- G18 and G20 configuration Honda engine is the need to manually start the engine. These methods start with an ordinary hand engine push mower is the same. 3.7 When "Handy-man" is mowing in hot weather, suggest that operator should make "Handy-man" work for 2 hours then have a rest about 30 minutes in order that the engine and the electronic parts will not cause damage under the hot temperature condition.
3.8 Handy-man stored in a dry environment as much as possible, pay attention to dust. In winter, to prevent damage due to battery as the temperature is too low;
3.9 Every two seasons or 100 hours of use after replacement oil;
3.10 Check the air filter every two seasons;
3.11 Do not use Handy-man in the rainy and humid environments;
3.12 After use do not rinse of sludge and residue on lawn mower grass, do not make damp of electronic components in use and storage;
3.13 As long-term unused Handy-man, you should first check the battery voltage is sufficient to use the electric start engine;
3.14 In the case of insufficient battery voltage, do not use the electric start engine;
3.15 When you use electric start engine every time you start no more than 5 seconds, and can not start a row 5 times or more;

4. What are the usual problems? How to solve?
4.1 Turn on the controller and the remote control, the mower out of control:
a. LED on the remote control is dark or does not shine;
- Battery voltage is low, replace the battery;
- LED Trouble;
b. LED on the controller flashing 3 times and the same for 30 seconds;
- The contact between remote controller and receiver has not been established, re-boot test. If does not alter, you need to make calibration for remote control - the receiver.
c. LED on the controller flashing 4-5 times,
- Controller is fault, need repair;
d. LED on the controller flashing 7 times,
- Instantaneous current is too large, the controller into the protected status. Powered off and re-boot;
e. LED on the controller flashing 8 times,
- The controller is in low-voltage protection, should charge the battery after the operation.
4.2 When you electric start, the engine rotation strong, but does not work:
- Emergency stop switch is not released;
- Spark plug does not spark, check the electrical system and excluded;
- No fuel on the spark plug, check the fuel system and excluded;
4.3 The engine running, but not mowing:
- Belt broken or damaged connection key, need to replace the belt or repair the connection key;
- The belt is too loose, adjust;
4.4. The mower fatigue moving slowly:
- Driving too much resistance, such as thick grass, steep, etc., can be increase the throttle;
- The battery voltage is low, check the battery voltage is normal; the alternator output voltage is normal; the alternator drive belt is normal;

 

5. If the engine failure, or the remote control does not work, how to move the mower?
-Our mower uses hybrid technology, should the engine shutdown, the operator can still use the remote control lawn mower to move it. If the controller or the remote controller is fault, the battery can be connected directly with the drive motor to move.

 

6. How do you contact with customers?

8. If I orders, how long I can receive the lawn mower?

9. If can be install bagger at Handy-man?
Handy-man mower with high efficiency, therefore, within reasonable limits, no matter what kind of design a set of bagger, will be in a very short time has been filled and unnecessary. Handy-man mower not designed to set the bagger function.
